We did that! We had over 120 young people attend the Post-HkonJ Youth Power Assembly in Raleigh.
Our partners were amazing: El Pueblo, ACE, NCAAT, Mijente, DSA, Coalition of Immolakee Workers, NAACP, Ignite NC.
We tackled issues like the current ICE raid crisis in NC, the upcoming elections, and the current climate around discrimination & punishment & the school-to-prison-pipeline in schools. Thank you to everyone who came out.
